1.Roof forms and materials should be selected with regard to the climatic conditions and the basic architectural concepts. Large overhangs to provide shade and protection are recommended. Roof configuration should be considered to not obstruct or black any view planes from adjoining properties. Pitched roofs are recommended but a well conceived combination (pitched and flat) for view purposes is not prohibited.
2.Roof vents, mechanical exhausts and other roof mounted equipment shall be completely concealed from view 3.Materials: may be clay tile, wood shakes, thatch, or other roofing materials of similar texture and character. |
