Parking and Site Restrictions PDF Print E-mail
1.Parking ratio: the parking requirements have been established, by the Bali Planning Ordinance, at 1 car space for each 4 hotel rooms; however, to further the objectives of the resort, in removing to as great an extent as possible automobiles from within the Hotel area and yet not lose sight of the fact, that certain parking will be required on-site, the BTDC will provide 65% of the hotel’s parking requirement off-site, within a central parking area.

2.Parking Lot: On-site parking shall be visually screened and enclosed by walls or fences and landscaped.

3.Service and Loading Areas: shall be visually and acustically screened.

4.In addition to the overall consideration, as shown on the Master Plan, each respective Hotel Lot is subject to a specific and varying set-back line and vertical height zones.
This is to maintain and protect the view planes of adjoining sites, as well as force an undulation in the overall project both horizontal and vertically for general interest. The following restrictions are shown for each site.

5.Height limitations will vary within a specific site, but the maximum for any structure or building, is 15 meters above the finish grade, subject to a “special” roof variance, as first approved by the Design Committee.
